You represent and warrant that: (i) you either are the sole and exclusive owner of all User Content or you have all rights, licenses, consents, and releases that are necessary to grant to Connect link the rights in such User Content, as contemplated under these Terms; and (ii) neither the User Content, nor your submission, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available of such User Content, nor Connect link’s use of the User Content as permitted herein will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

You agree that you will not engage in any prohibited conduct when using Connect Link. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

a. Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; b. Using the Service to transmit or disseminate any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive material; c. Using the Service to transmit or disseminate any spam or unsolicited messages; d. Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Service or any user, host, or network, including by using any virus, software, or other technology to harm or access the Service without authorization; e. Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of the Service or any related technology; f. Selling, renting, or sublicensing access to the Service to any third party without our prior written consent; g. Using the Service in any way that circumvents or violates any usage rules or licensing terms applicable to the Service; and h. Encouraging or assisting any third party to engage in any prohibited conduct.

If you engage in any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Service and pursue all available legal remedies. We may also remove any content that you upload or transmit using the Service and suspend or terminate your account. Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations.

Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice or liability for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Connect link and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Connect link, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms of Service We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
